Is there a minimum order quantity?
We don't publish a strict minimum, but trade pricing becomes most competitive from around one full pallet. Smaller orders are fulfilled at standard pricing. Call or email and we will work out the most cost-effective option for your project.
Do I need to set up a trade account?
No. You can order on a per-project basis without a formal account. For regular buyers, a trade account simplifies reordering and gives access to standing pricing.
Can you provide product samples before a large order?
Yes. We can send cut samples of boards, posts, and profiles before you commit to a full order. Contact us with the specific products you want to test.
Do you provide specification documents for architects and councils?
Yes. Technical data sheets, cross-section drawings, and product specifications are available on request. We work with specifiers at design stage.
What are your payment terms?
New customers pay in advance by card or BACS. Established trade customers with accounts may be offered 30-day net terms after an initial period.
