1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ezotrade Ltd website ("Website") and the purchase of products and services from Ezotrade Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Customer" or "you": Any individual or business entity using our Website or purchasing products/services.
  • "Products": Recycled plastic building materials (decking, fencing, posts, etc.) offered for sale via our Website.
  • "Quote Cart": Our quote request system for B2B customers.
  • "Draft Order": A formal quote generated by our team, including product pricing and shipping estimates.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business-to-business (B2B) customers in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your organisation.

4. Quote Cart and Ordering Process

4.1 Quote Requests

Products added to the Quote Cart do not constitute a binding order. By submitting a quote request, you authorise us to:

  • Create a formal quote with your requested items
  • Calculate shipping costs based on your location
  • Contact you via email or phone to finalise pricing and delivery details

4.2 Draft Order Confirmation

Once we generate a Draft Order, we will send you a payment link. Your order is binding only upon:

  1. Your acceptance of the quoted price and shipping costs, AND
  2. Successful payment via the secure payment link

4.3 Price Accuracy

Prices displayed on the Website are indicative and subject to confirmation in the Draft Order. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to:

  • Product availability changes
  • Shipping cost variations (fuel surcharges, carrier updates)
  • Bulk order discounts or custom requirements

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via secure online payment
  • Bank Transfer (for large orders, contact us for details)

5.2 Currency

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

5.3 VAT

Prices exclude VAT unless stated. VAT will be added at the applicable UK rate (20%) at checkout.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available upon request.

6.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided in the Draft Order but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Product availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Remote or restricted delivery locations

6.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery postcode. The final shipping cost will be confirmed in the Draft Order before payment.

6.4 Delivery Inspection

Customers must inspect products upon delivery. Report any damage or shortages within 48 hours to info@ezotrade.co.uk.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 B2B Orders

As a B2B supplier, returns are accepted only for:

  • Defective or damaged products (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Incorrect items shipped (our error)

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut or bespoke products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or installation
  • Items ordered incorrectly by the customer (wrong dimensions, colour, etc.)

7.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

8. Product Specifications and Warranties

8.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and specifications. However:

  • Colour variations may occur due to screen settings
  • Recycled plastic products may have natural texture variations
  • Dimensions are approximate (±2mm tolerance)

8.2 Warranty

Recycled plastic products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from delivery. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or maintenance
  • Damage from extreme weather or UV exposure (beyond product spec)

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Ezotrade Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products.
  • We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
